Why we built llea.ai

Most Shopify brands sit on a goldmine of first-party data and still market like it is a mailing list. Every order, browse, add-to-cart, and reply says something about who a customer is and what they want next, but that signal is scattered across tools and rarely acted on. So brands fall back on the same discount blast to everyone, train their best customers to wait for sales, and burn attention on people who were never going to buy.

We started llea.ai to close that gap. The intelligence a brand needs is already in the data it owns. The hard part is reading it in real time and turning it into the right action for each individual customer. That is the problem we exist to solve.

What llea.ai does

llea.ai is a customer intelligence platform for Shopify brands. It reads every signal Shopify captures and builds a live profile on each customer: what they buy, browse, abandon, and respond to. Every customer is automatically segmented by buying behaviour into one of four personas: Loyalist, Impulse Buyer, Researcher, or Hesitant Explorer.

From those profiles, llea.ai predicts each customer’s next likely purchase, the best channel to reach them, and the ideal timing. You can act on those predictions two ways: review them on a dashboard and run campaigns yourself, or let autonomous agents execute across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and ads.

• Marketing personalisation: the right message on the right channel at the right time, instead of list-wide blasts.

How we are different

llea.ai works with the stack a brand already runs. It integrates with Klaviyo, Attentive, Brevo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, and Postscript, so you keep your existing channels and simply make them smarter. There is no migration and no rip-and-replace. llea.ai installs on Shopify, backfills your recent history, and starts scoring customers within a day.

We are deliberately not another blast tool. The whole point is to send less and convert more by acting on intent, one customer at a time.

Company and trust
